Venice Vocal Jam is a seven-element vocal group based in Venice. Their first album is named Raìse, a Venetian dialect word that can mean origin or heritage. In this sense, water and more precisely the Venice lagoon has been chosen as the main element of the graphic composition.
Typesetting emphasizes this aspect, indeed the repetition of words along the album cover aims to simulate the fluid movement of water flowing. The album artwork externally shows a circumference that represents the group. Opening it highlights the seven group individualities that are depicted by seven triangles, generated by two intersecting heptagons.
